"Whenever I look at you, you seem very silent & lost within yourself. You don't seem happy, something bothering you?. You can trust me as a friend."
I'm well acquainted with such questions but this time it was my teacher who rang the bell.
I plainly denied the charges & the conversation went on.
Now I wonder what happiness exactly is?.
To me happiness is more a matter within & not inside out.
If someone stays silent does it imply that he/she is not happy?.
Is it mandatory to reflect happiness?.

Welcome back Sunil :)
Good to see you...!
A nice post...true to be happy one has to feel it...no need of conversation, or exhibiting it :)
Cheers
Hi Sunil
Excellent post!
I agree....happiness is more about how one feels within.
I am very often silent, but it does not imply I am unhappy!
Happinesss is a state of mind!
Take care, and thank you, my friend!
Margie
Hi Sunil!
"Happiness is nothing more than good health and a bad memory".
Albert Schweitzer
Have A Happy Day!
Happy Valentine's Day to you dear
Cheers
Nobody ca be 100 percent happy coz he/she never gets what they want. But few happiness lies in what we create or looking back some good moments in our lives.
Hi Sunil!
I wish you happy and wonderful weekend time!
@Dawn:
Thank you Dawn. Yes happiness is inside & not outside.
@Margie:
Very true Margie. Happiness is a state of mind!
@Krystyna:
There is a real fact behind this quote. Bad memory rally helps.
Have a nice time dear.
@Dawn:
Thank you & Happy Valentines day to you too.
@Priya:
Very true. That is why happiness is a pursuit.
@Krystyna:
Same to you dear.
Holy cow!!! I get that question ALL the time (especially from my boyfriend). Just because I'm in a contemplative mood and very silent doesn't mean that I'm angry/unhappy/upset. People just dont seem to get it.
I think Happiness is the ultimate motive of any life and people find the wierdest of ways to achieve it!! ;)
